Description

The 12V Heat Layer Shirt has been a project we have been working on for a few years to get it right. The Heat Layer Shirt has glove plugs built in, and can be used with the Single or Dual Remote Heat-troller. All Our 12V Heated Gear need to be used with a Heat Controller (it does not come with one). We recommend our Remote Heat-troller™.
The Heat Layer has 7 areas of heat. The chest, arms, neck, upper back and lower back. Each zone adjusted for how it fits to the body.

The Heat Layer Shirt warms you in seconds, yet is designed to feel like part of you. The high tech, moisture wicking stretch fabric it's designed with keeps the garment tight against your body for optimal heat transfer while reducing bulk. The garment is durable, hand washable, and extremely lightweight. We deliver more heat in more places than any other garment. We use 7 heat panels. Our base layer garment design offers the greatest heat transfer performance with the least amount of bulk. Our heat panels have soft and flexible alloy/silicon shaped for the maximum heat transfer. All this efficiency means less insulation and power is required to deliver and retain the desired heat to you BELOW your regular clothes instead of using more power to force heat through them. It is simply the most versatile, high tech and efficient heated garment ever designed. Packs into its included zippered pouch. Where you will find a Y cable.

All Our 12V Heated Gear need to be used with a Heat Controller (it does not come with one). We recommend our Remote Heat-troller™. If you already have a Remote Heat-troller for your Heated Jacket Liner, then all you need to buy is an additional Receiver unit. The remote will sync to both.

Available on request in Nomex/Aramid material for large orders.

Specs

Men's Heated-Neck Long Sleeve Heat Layer This version of the Heat Layer has 7 areas of heat. Heat covering the chest and lower front, heated arms, heated collar, heat in the upper back and the lower back. It also has connections at the end of the sleeves for gloves or glove liners.

Our Men's 12V Heat Layer Shirt numbers:
3.5 Amps
4.0 Ohms
48 Watts at 13.8V (However! Due to a guy in Finland that was saying we were lying about the Watts on our clothing I need to add the following. As you know, we design all our products. To get the coverage where it needs to be and to make sure the heat is the same per space of the covered area, the panels have to be different sizes and different resistance which when one does the math will show the smaller sizes as having less overall Watts. But what I tried to explain is that to fit the panels in the smaller sizes one has to make the panels smaller and if you then tried to run the same resistance in the smaller space it would cause the heat elements to be too close or it would get too hot and potentially in both cases, cause a hot spot. But as I showed him, the heat in the element per meter is the same and that allows the heat in the smaller space to be the same range as the larger panels. So, take the 48Watts as a reference number based on the math of the resistance of the larger panels and Voltage of 13.8V and it really is kind of meaningless. What has meaning is the heat per meter which in both panels is pretty identical. But he could not understand that. Of course, this all came about because he felt it was not heating up enough. I tried to point out that it is a base layer and having a wool shirt under it may be the issue and then having nothing over it but a leather jacket also does not help because leather transfer cold. I suggested he put the wool shirt over the Heat Layer but he was fixated on the Watts and that was that.)

Heat where you need it. Our panels are configured right where you want the heat to be for optimal heat transfer. Through rigorous testing, we have developed two different panel placement patterns based on the two different male and female designs. It shouldn't be surprising that due to differences in shape and bodies, the optimal panel placements are different for men and women.

More control over the heat. How much warmth you need is dependent on multiple factors such as outside temperature and what layers you are wearing below or on top of the garment. Coupled with the Remote Heat-trollers, you have a true off and a true full on with 0~100% heat control via a dial.

Only the best goes in to the Heat Layer. High tech, wicking, stretch fabric construction with different cuts from men and women・YKK zippers ・Alloy/Silicon "softheat" heating element ・Connectors and wires rated to -40℃/-40℉ (for durability and longevity)

High Tech, moisture wicking stretch fabric There is simply no better fabric out there for this type of garment. Like a fitted shirt, the stretch fabric keeps the garment, and most importantly the heat panel, flat against your body for the optimal heat transfer. This high level of heat transfer performance means less power/heat is needed to achieve that ideal warmth. Besides the fit, the fabric is designed for both comfort and to wick away any sweat or moisture. Users often note that besides feeling the heat, the garment fits so well you don't notice it's there.

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.

Slow, sorry but good
Format: Kindle
This was a slow moving book. Lots of character pov chapters, lots of superfluous descriptions and endless courtly appearances stalled this book to start. Once you get into the heart of the story, it takes off. Before you know it the book is done. My favorite character is Reyna. She is so strong. She is true to herself. She gets into a lot of trouble with her headstrong ways but it's entertaining. I have high hopes for Lorcan. He is honorable to a fault. Thane had turned out to be better than I thought but i still don't like him. Eislin is useless. Great plot twists at the end. I'm looking forward too book 2.

Very detailed! Beautiful world building! Strong Heroine!
Format: Kindle
Starts off a little slow and confusing with different POV’s, but starts to all come together towards the middle to make an elaborate plot line and makes it all worth it. Beautiful world building and attention to detail as well as great writing. The cliffhanger was gut wrenching! Can’t wait for the next book!
